Most people would benefit from using The Best Insole.  They will help to decrease the rate at which arthritis sets in by correcting the abnormal mechanics most of us express in our gait pattern.

These insoles were designed by Dr. Jose Hilario.  He has used the modifications added to these insoles to correct the gait pattern of his patients presenting with chronic or acute pain successfully for the past 19 years.  

The Best Insole has helped the vast majority of people who have used them over the past 6 years.  Almost every insole(orthotic/insert) is designed the same way.  They focus on providing medial arch support, whereas we align the foot at the level of the heel and forefoot, while still supporting the medial arch.  

You will receive a set of insoles.  How many you order depends on your needs.  Many of Dr. Hilario's patients end up getting multiple sets once they see the benefits of the insoles to place in different shoes.  

Because our product changes the way in which you walk, it is considered to be an orthotic device. 

While The Best Insole is not a custom made insole, it is the modification that Dr. Hilario used in 90+ percent of his patients, as this modification of insoles has offered his patients foot, knee, hip and back pain relief.  We like to say our patients are recieving a custom made quality type insole without paying for a custom made product. 

 Use of the insole is limited to foot size.  We do not offer our insoles in a pediatric version, but we have treated pediatric patients with custom made insoles with a similar or the same modifications with great success.

The vast majority of our patients/ customers will feel relief of pain within the first 30 days.  A small percentage of patients have experienced mild inner knee, thigh or groin discomfort for a short period of time as they are forcing those muscles to function again like they should be working.  

The Best Insole does not focus on your arch.  If we can align the outer aspect of your foot, pain tends to resolve.  

We are not concerned with a low, normal or high arch.  These insoles have been used by thousands of patients/customers with all three arch heights with a high level of success at alleviating pain. 

Absolutely!!,  We have folks playing all sports with our insoles in their shoes.  You may play basketball, baseball, football, soccer, volleyball, jog....

 We do have patients using the devices without socks.  

While there is no guarantee that the insoles will prevent wounds, they will tend to minimize the risk of developing wounds as they place the foot in its most optimal position. 

If your shoes are extremely worn, it would be a good idea to purchase a new set of shoes.  Most shoes are made for approximately 400 miles, which sounds like a high amount, but most of us will place that amount of mileage within 6 months. Purchasing a new pair of shoes can potentially enhance the benefits of The Best Insole.

The insoles were designed with women and their shoes in mind.  Having said that, they may be worn either way, and it is a matter of comfort and preference.  Dr. Hilario will place them under the shoes insoles when the shoe allows as it does provide a layer of padding.  

It is not necessary to purchase shoes with additional cushion.  

We have hundreds of patients with a history of diabetes who are using the insole devices in our offices.  

There is no product on the market that can prevent injuries 100%, but if your foot is striking the ground in its most optimal position, it may help in minimizing the risk of injury.  

We recommend using your devices on a daily basis.  

Yes. Once you have determined that the The Best Insoles have provided foot, knee, hip or back pain relief for you, you may then choose to purchase additional sets if you get tired of switching the devices from shoe to shoe.  

The Best Insole may be used with most shoes that are enclosed.  Having said that, they do not pair up with slip on sandals, Croc style shoes etc.  

Everyone is different as it pertains to an adjustment period, but the vast majority of patients are able to wear the devices all day from the day they purchase them.  If you are concerned, you can wear the devices for one hour the first day, two hours the second day, three hours the third day.... Once you have worn them for 8 hours on the eighth day, you should be ready to wear them all day.

Dr. Hilario recommends buying one set initially.  Once you have seen how well the insoles make you feel, you will most likely return for more sets.  

Yes. The plastic we use is flexible allowing for your wide foot to become accustomed to the devices. 

Our insoles tend to run a size long.  If you typically wear a size 10 mens, you will likely be a size 9 men's in The Best Insole.  You can measure from the heel to the point just before the 1^st great toe joint (where the big toe flexes) and compare to the chart provided.  Your foot will tolerate an insole that is a little shorter, but it will not tolerate one that is a bit longer than the one needed.  

We would recommend using them with all shoes that will accommodate the devices. The more the devices are worn the first year, the better chance of obtaining long term results.  

All insoles require an enclosed shoe in order for them to be the most effective.  

Our insoles are patent pending for that reason. Insoles come in either a full length, or a ¾ length.  Our insoles were made with women in mind, but they may be worn by all genders.  No other company makes insoles the way we make them.  No other company comes close at alleviating foot pain. 

The type of foot doesn't matter so much, as how the foot strikes the ground.  If we can get the heel of the foot to land where we want it to land, pain tends to resolve almost every single time!

The insoles are very durable.  We have had patients were their insoles for 5 years.  Many patients will purchase a new set every other year.

Dr. Jose Hilario who has been practicing since 2005 in the San Antonio area designed the insoles, and modeled them in similar fashion to the custom made insoles he prescribed to his patients.
